The Vice-captain of the Kenyan side, Maurice Odumbe has played in all of Kenya's 25 Official One-day internationals. One of the nest batsman in the side, this likable and courteous member of the squad made his debut in 1990. His highest score is 83 v India in 1983 and his best bowling 3-14 v West Indies in the 1996 World Cup won him the Man of the Match in is countries most famous victory to date. Odumbe who was captain of Kenya in the last World Cup has toured India, West Indies, Sri Lanka, England, Pakistan, Holland, Malaysia, Bangladesh, South Africa and Namibia.
