It is good that Naveed Butt has attempted to clarify certain points that I had made re: his organisation, the Hizb ut-Tahrir. Butt Sahib says the Hizb works "principally" in the Islamic World. Where, pray? Apart from Pakistan and Tajikistan, that is. When was the last Hizb protest held in Saudi Arabia or Egypt or the UAE or Qatar or Bahrain or Syria or Jordan or Al Quds, indeed?

Butt Sahib says that the UK address I gave belongs to Khilafah the magazine, "produced by members and supporters of the Hizb-ut-Tahrir." Surely the same thing is it not? How are the members and supporters of the Hizb different from the Hizb itself? "Hizb ut-Tahrir is not led by Bakri Mohammed ... (who) ... is neither a leader nor a member ... and has no relationship with the Hizb whatsoever." He also states that Al-Muhajiroun and Khilafah "have no relationship" with the Hizb. But is it not a fact that Omar Bakri broke away from the Hizb to set up his Al-Muhajiroun, an organisation whose websites and those of Khilafah and Hizb-ut-Tahrir are interactive (if that is the word I want) ie, you go into one and you get links guiding you to the other and so on? It is also curious, what, that whilst Khilafah is the name of the magazine taken out by the Hizb, it has no "relationship" with it?

Butt Sahib says I "allude to some sort of connection between Osama bin Laden and Hizb", and that such a claim is utterly false. But I did not, respected sir, I did not make any such allusion. I merely asked if the Little Prince Who Would Be King, and in whose behalf the Hizb ut-Tahrir had certainly propagated a Fatwah even if they hadn't written it, had done even a small, very small thing for the poor and wretched people of Afghanistan. That is all - I made no other "allusion" at all.

As for the "peaceful protest like the ones in Pakistan and other parts of the Muslim world to highlight the need to change the colonialist systems", the London march was duly carried out, protected by constables of London's finest, the Hizb ut-Tahrir making full use of the freedom of speech and of protest assured them by British (Kufaar, surely) Law. Where, other than Pakistan, a loosely run, and extremely ill governed country has the Hizb protested, may one ask again? Indeed, as I was researching this piece I came upon a price-less gem on the web-site of the Hizb: "Seeking protection from America, Britain and other Kufr states is Haraam"!! Since when is London, England, situated amongst the Ummah?

Here, finally, is the Fatwah, verbatim, sent to me in early October by the Hizb itself, and which calls for death to Mein General and all those who support him:

The Fatwaa of Allying with the Kufaar (military, financially and verbally) to assist military action against Muslims.

Q1) What is the fatwaa regarding those who allow US to assist military action from Pakistan to attack Muslims in Afghanistan.

1) Existing of Entity in Muslim Land

Firstly all entities in Muslim land are not Islamic State. The lands is Muslim land and the people are Muslims. Kufr dominates the law and order. Thus from the angle of Islam, the Muslim land and the people are of concern to us.

2) USA is at war with Muslims. They have committed various atrocities against the Muslim Ummah, ranging from killing, raping our honour and land, mass murders in Iraq, funding and assisting the establishment of Israel, violating the sanctity of Muslim in Iraq, controlling our land, sea and air space. They are targeting not only military but also civil areas in Muslim land.

3) The Minimum response from the Muslim must be complete boycott of all relationships with the US. As there is no Dar-al-Islam, we see that the current illegitimate rulers in Muslim land are boycotting no relationships. They have not even cut any diplomatic relationships with the US in these regards. In Islam all relationships with US will be cut completely and their people will not be allowed to enter our land. It is easy to boycott relationships with the US and to stop the citizens of US from entering our land, but shame on the Mufti of our Muslim land who believe in Allah and his Messenger (saw) to allow the US to come in our land and to kill the Muslims. These Scholars have become dumb and deaf like Allah(swt) warns us of them in the Quran: (The ayah of donkey carry books)

4) Those who ally with the Kuffar, helping them in supplying of weapons or by praising them, formulating or signing for them any contracts, allowing them to assist in any way the Military action of killing the Muslim become Murtad Harbi (Apostate). As Allah (swt) warns us against this crime by mentioning in the Quran: "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His apostle and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement.

The fatwaa below has been issued by the Imam Kasani (Badaa us Sanaa) and by Shiekh IbnTamiyaah, some of the names of the classical Scholars in Islamic History.

"If any Muslim supports Kafir, physically, financially or verbally to kill Muslims than he is an apostate.

1) He has no sanctity and must be killed and he will have no repentance.

2) His Nikkah with his wife becomes invalid, and his children do not belong to him and all his blood relations are cut.

3) His money becomes halal, either which will go to the Bait-al-Maal (in Khilafah) or taken as booty by the Mujahiden. He will receive no inheritance or will pass any inheritance.

4) His body will not be buried with the Muslims.

5) He will be treated with animosity from the Muslims, just like a Kafir Harbi will be treated. No muslim sister will be allowed to marry him, and even people of the book will be stopped from marrying him. Anyone who gives his daughter to him, will become apostate as well.

6) There will be no distinction between man and women with respect to this hukum.

Therefore we ask the Muslims with the capability, especially the army of Muslim land to move quickly and capture those criminals especially the ruler-ship of Pakistan, Fahd in Saudia and Rabbani of Afghanistan. We call upon the Muslims worldwide to support the Muslims in Afghanistan, whoever cannot support them physically must do so, whosoever can support them financially must do so and whosoever can support them verbally must to do so in his capacity. As Allah (swt) informs us in the Quran: O you who believe! If you help the cause of Allah, He will help you and make firm your feet.

The US dream to take the Indian Subcontinent, he has her friends namely India and Israel. It seeks to destroy the Islamic thoughts, feeling and emotions in the hearts and minds of the Muslims as well as to destroy the nuclear capability of the Muslims in Pakistan. This scenario for the Muslims by the US will be worse than Iraq, as the Islamic ideas and feeling is far stronger in Afghnaistan and Pakitsan. And if the Muslim all over the world especially from Pakistan do not assist the brothers in Afghanistan, than their fate will be no different from the Muslims in Afghanistan. As for those people who will hide the truth and conceal the haq, Allah (swt) warns us of them in the Quran: "Surely those who conceal the clear proofs and the guidance that We revealed after We made it clear in the Book for men, these it is whom Allah shall curse, and those who curse shall curse them too. Except those who repent and amend and make manifest the truth, these it is to whom I turn mercifully.

We have indeed a responsibility to inform the Muslim Ummah of this hukum, and let this be our witness that we have indeed delivered the message.
