FASHION UPDATE
Summer ain't the time to go colour blind

So what if you've spent all winter in your favourite colour black (probably looking like an off shoot of Emily Dickinson)? So what if you think the only way to look cool in summers is to go for a pristine white or nude colour palette? We think that the only place to go nude in summer is the beach! But jokes aside, summer is for colour, not lack of it. This is the time to indulge in colour therapies, in your wardrobe and also your fridge. As you pack your fridge with strawberries, bananas and mangoes, don't forget to paint out of the lines as well. Remember that fruits with the most vibrant colours are the healthiest and most well stocked with minerals and vitamins. The same goes for veggies, thought there are other uses for vegetable than putting them in the cooking pot. Hair stylists recommend beetroot for the hair (especially if you're looking for a vibrant red/purple hair dye). All you have to do is boil, mash and apply generously - just as you would henna. Henna, of course is a perfect coolant as well. Take inspiration from God's palette when choosing colours to wear. Pick up watermelon pinks, mango oranges and lime greens. The options are endless and seriously, why would anyone want to stick to white or nude? So when you're at that beach, don't forget to pack sun-block. Ultra violet is one colour you want to avoid at all costs!
