    Pierre-Hugues Archambault
    Québec, Canada

  3. This is the worst type of terrorism carried against innocent people of Afghanistan.
    Farah Mian
    Canada

  4. It is a war against Muslims.
    Naveed  Ajmal
    Faisalabad, Pakistan

  5. The inhuman, brutal and barbaric United States onslaught on Afghanistan is nothing but a shameful act of revenge.
    Kassim Yousuf
    Karachi, Pakistan

  6. America and Britain are not fighting terrorism in Afghanistan. They have political agenda at the back of their minds. Military bases close to Central Asian Republics and to China itself. They also want to try out their latest and more refined weapons on the Muslim societies as a whole without another superpower to challenge their actions.
    Jawaid Rulal
    Manchester, England

  7. This is a revengeful act and there is no justification in pounding the already devastated country so mercilessly. Bombing on Afghanistan will never eradicate terrorism rather it will promote it further.
    Shafiq Khan
    Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

  8. America is attacking Afghanistan because they consider Al-Qaeda as a terrorist group, and the Americans want Osama bin Laden.

However, in a situation like this, Pakistan as a country should unite and stand as one. We should face the whole world as ONE. The people in Pakistan should
not be dispersed due to some foreign actions against Afghanistan.
    Omer Masood
    Seoul, South Korea

  9. Why killing innocent people? Why these attacks on Afghanistan? Why not time and energy be devoted to understand the root cause?
    Manish
    India

  10. The US attacks on Afghanistan are nothing but an act of worst kind of terrorism in history for killing innocent people.
    Zia-ul-haq

  11. This is not an attack on Muslims for they enjoy more rights in America than anywhere else in the world.
    N Moomar
    USA

  12. America's war is not against Islam or the Muslims, but against the terrorists.
    Saad
    Germantown MD, USA

  13. Even if bin Laden could be blamed for the recent attacks on New York, and if there were a unilateral declaration of war against Afghanistan by the US Congress, the bombing would still be cowardly and unjustifiable.

But bin Laden has not been proven guilty, the accusations against him are implausible, and there has been no lawful declaration of war upon Afghanistan by
    the US.

The current war against Afghanistan is being conducted under the color of United Nations law. It is genocidal terrorism.
    John Smith
    New York

  14. This is yet another worst example of selected approach by west and America. Where are their claims of human values?
    Dr. Anwar Muhammad
    Japan

  15. Instead of finishing the root cause (its policy), it looks like US is using this September 11 terror act as a political excuse to achieve its agenda. America had an option to provide evidence to world and through International Court of Justice, Osama and others could be brought to justice. But, America chose state sponsored terrorism to fight terrorist which would make Osama hero even if he is killed.
    Syed Ali
    USA

  16. America is now acting very harshly.
    Ayesha
    Boston

  17. This is a cowardly act on behalf of Americans to carry out a full-scale war against poor afghan people.
    Khalid Ali
    Canada

  18. I agree that when innocent people are killed by the bombings, our government then becomes a terrorist itself.
    Mark Donham
    IL, USA

  19. The attack of America and its allies on Afghanistan is itself terrorism. Hundreds of innocent people are being killed. It doesn't sound valid to kill so many people just for the sake of one person.
    Zunera
    Pakistan

  20. The attack on WTC was a terrorist act where innocent civilians were killed. Similarly, in Afghanistan, innocent people are being killed in the name of anti-terrorism campaign. UN and the whole world are just standing by watching a country being bombed without a legal authority or reason.

The culprits who attacked WTC should be brought to justice. And the worst case of double standards, they are dropping bombs and food packets together.
    Ikram Ul Haq
    Karachi

  21. I would call it " TERRORISM TO CURB TERRORISM". America has no right to do such an inhuman act. It is an act of killing innocent people and destruction of their property.
    Haleem Ghouri
    Karachi

  22. This is a very unfortunate situation and we can only pray that innocent civilians are not injured.
    Kym O'Connor
    USA

  23. Killing Afghan civilians is no way to fight against international terrorism by US and Britain. If they want to fight against terrorism, they should begin with themselves.
    Tahir
    Islamabad

  24. I think the attacks on Afghanistan are invalid, cause innocent people are being killed.
US's focus should be mainly on finding the accused terrorist Bin Ladin and not make useless attacks on innocent people.
    Saima Hamid
    Germany

  25. We strongly condemn this act of killing already war torn people of Afghanistan. This is not a civilized action in fact, a senseless one. Negotiations and dialogue is still the better way to solve the issue of this magnitude.
    Khalid Malik & Fareeha Khalid
    Canada

  26. I think what America is doing in Afghanistan is also terrorism, because they have failed to produce evidences regarding Osama's involvement in the 11th September attacks on US.

So any attack on Afghanistan should be considered as an act of terrorism.

    Mehmood Azam
    Karachi ,
    Pakistan

  27. There should be some other way to solve this problem rather declaring war against the innocent people of Afghanistan.
    Gurnish Pal Singh

  28. These are unjustified barbaric attacks by America and Britain on the innocent people of Afghanistan.
    Aamir A. Salaria
    St. Louis, Missouri,

  29. Americans should not relate terrorism to Islam, for it never preaches terrorism.
    Pervez Iqbal
    Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

  30. It is clear manifestation of double standard polices of Western countries as well as USA have for poor countries. Before taking such brutal action, the International Court of Justice should be consulted with all proofs and evidences regarding the predators allegedly involved in the September 11th incarnage. But looking at the situation, this is only "Richman Justice" and an act of "extra judicial killings." Hence, International community should differentiate between USA and UNO.
    Amjad
    UK

  31. The US attacks on Afghanistan is not war against terrorism but the war against Islam that aims at toppling the real Islamic government of Taliban and war against Islam.

    Ishtiaq Ahmed
    Georgia, USA

  34. So far there is no justification for the attacks against the Taliban.
    Sajjad Rehman
    UK

  35. I do not agree with the attacks. We should quit all violence whether it's under the label of ‘War’ or ‘Terrorism’. There is a very fine line of discrimination between war and terrorism. Our fight is not against Afghanistan; it's against the terrorist network. We should directly attack the network and terrorist camps, not drop a bomb from miles above and hope it doesn't kill any innocent people.
    Jeanette
    USA

  36. It is a utter failure of diplomacy. Raiding Afghanistan by the US will not give the desired results as anticipated by the President Mr. George W. Bush. War is not the ultimate solution. Here important to say is that the United Nations should be given its legitimate role to play for solving problems between America and Afghanistan.
    Syed A. Mateen

    Karachi

  37. Now America has really adopted the role of Godfather for this world. Are they are going to punish all the listed terrorists or organizations? Perhaps, it seems that they will punish only those who could be dangerous to America, as they have been doing always. Are they going to punish their allies?

What America is doing is exactly the same they did in Gulf. They left it to the people of Iraq to decide about it. They will do the same in Afghanistan and will create internal and external problem for Pakistan. Moreover, these attacks have really left the Kashmir issue at the back burner for the world community to bring the solution to the long-standing dispute between Indian and Pakistan0.
    Hamayun Parvez
    Sydney, Australia

  38. A country cannot be allowed to occupy another by means of its sheer power and then cry violence.
    A. Jamal

    Baba Balooch
    Virginia, USA

  40. America has remarkably been supported in its war against terrorism.
    Jackie Rodzinski
    New Jersey, USA

  41. It is time for Muslim countries to get united against their enemies. For peaceful solution to the present crisis in the region, all leaders of the Muslim counties should sit together and discuss the situation thoroughly to avoid any sort of destruction in future.
    Muhammad Fahad Malik

  42. The recent attacks by US and Britain on innocent Afghans are terrorist attacks. It is the worst act against humanity. And, in fact, it is not a war against terrorism but war against Islam.
    Sardar Muhammad Maroof Khan Kashmiri

  43. I think no result will come out by these attacks on Afghanistan, except for killing innocent people.
    Harris Ali
    Japan

  44. The United States tried very hard for many weeks to avoid these attacks, but
these attacks must end soon, because eventually civilian casualties will
become too high to justify the cause.
    Zachary F
    USA

    Fazal Nizamani

  48. It is an inhuman act carried out by America and Britain, who themselves claim to value human life. It is an act of killing innocent people and destruction of their property.
    Muhammad Qasim
    Islamabad

  49. All targets should be focused on the terrorist camps and not the innocent people. If innocent civilians get killed, then it would be another act of terrorism.
    Asim

    Hong Kong

  50. Killing innocent people without investigating and sufficient evidence is not justified. Such acts of violence against innocent people could lead to several terrorist activities in the coming days. War is no answer to the present situation.
