Zendaya ‘loved’ doing intimate scenes in ‘Challengers’
Zendaya has said Josh O’Connor, Mike Faist made filming easier

Zendaya has confessed that she “loved” shooting all the intimate scenes with co-stars Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist in her upcoming 2024 film, Challengers.

During a conversation with Mirror, the actor said that playing steamy sequences while portraying a tennis-player called Tashi Duncan was “so good” because the male leads were always there to support her as a teammate.

“Tashi is extremely driven. She's a go-getter, and she is totally ruthless. The intimate scenes were so good… I loved it,” Zendaya expressed.

She added, “I felt very lucky to be partnered with those guys. And for whatever the moment, it always felt like they always had my back and I had theirs.”

It should however be noted that the movie features no actual s*x scenes, but despite that, the star previously told People Magazine that viewers will still find it raunchy.

Speaking for herself once again, Zendaya admitted that even though those daring segments were quite easy to film, she struggled with their physical aspect as that “was the most challenging.”

The singer explained, “How did I meet the physical challenges of the role? With great difficulty. I am not one of these people who love to work out. But Tashi is supposed to be a top athlete, so there was no getting around it.”
