Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis have taken a major step in their romance as they attended a launch event together for the transformational coach.
The pair appeared at the 92nd Street Y in New York City on Wednesday, September 2, to celebrate Curtis' new book, The Book of Possibility, with Aniston interviewing her beau on stage.
"This is very, very exciting. It is quite an honour to be here, especially with you, Jim Curtis," Aniston told the crowd, before launching into a story about how she grew up going to gym class and playing dodgeball in the 92NY building.
"It's quite a full circle moment to be back here with you, speaking of dodging balls," she teased, questioning, "Have I completely embarrassed you?"
"Not yet. We're still on track here. First question please," Curtis joked back.
She began by asking him about his journey to wellness and self-help, after growing up in Boston and having a finance career on Wall Street.
At one point in the interview, the pair discussed when Curtis hit an "ultimately low" with his health and wound up in the hospital with a scary diagnosis.
Jim Curtis 'shameful' about his medical condition
Curtis has walked with a limp since he was young due to lesions on his spinal cord, and admitted that when people would ask why, he'd say he got into a motorcycle accident because he was "so shameful" about having a medical condition.
The author remembered that his whole body froze up in fear when he initially Googled his condition after being diagnosed.
Their banter continued as the transformational coach joked that the hardest part of working on the book was choosing the cover: "Is that a good enough picture of me? How does my hair — you know. How many times did I ask you, ‘Is this a good picture of me to put on this cover?'"
"A lot," Aniston responded, as she teased him with the next question, "What did you learn about yourself while writing the book? You got a good picture."
After a 30-minute chat, Aniston exited the stage and Curtis led the crowd in a guided meditation, as he joked, "How many people here meditate on a regular basis? And be honest, how many people here just came here to see Jennifer Aniston interview me?"

Aniston and Curtis have since been spotted dining with several of her famous pals.
Last month, the couple enjoyed an evening in Los Angeles with her former Friends costars Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow and longtime pal Jason Bateman.
Notably, Aniston was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2018.
