Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan, has recently shopped for a huge land in Alibaug, which is a coastal city near Mumbai.
As reported by Hindustan Times, a property portal named IndexTap has acquired transaction documents for this purchase.
They have informed that the said site is situated in the Thal village of Raigad, and has costed Suhana only INR 9.5 crore.
It has additionally been told that a stamp duty of INR 57 lakh was forked out for the deal.
Coming to the location’s size, the same estate traders have revealed that it has a spread of 78,361 square feet, as mentioned in its obtained papers.
This transaction is dated February 13, 2024.
In June 2023, news about the Archies lead purchasing another property was circulated heavily. That premises is located in Alibaug as well and was bought for INR 12.91 crore.
Interestingly, SRK also owns a bungalow in the same village, which he often visits for spending holidays.
It has been rumored that the superstar invests in lands using his daughter’s name to evade taxes.
His name has also popped up in Ponzi schemes, Byju scams, and IPL match fixtures.
Last year, SRK’s wife, Gauri Khan, was sent a legal notice for involvement in real-estate company Tulsiyani Group’s case of INR 30 crore fraud.
