Emma Stone gushes over Taylor Swift ex Joe Alwyn

Emma Stone has recently revealed her admiration for Taylor Swift's former beau, Joe Alwyn, calling him “one of the sweetest people.”

The Poor Things star gushed over her co-star in the production notes of their upcoming film, Kinds of Kindness.

Stone noted, “I love Joe," adding, "We had to do some pretty dark stuff on this one, so it was extremely comforting to be with him because he's one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet."

It is pertinent to mention here that the La La Land star and the Lover crooner shared an amicable bond for more than two decades.

However, Swift began dating with the Stars At Noon actor in 2016 and their breakup was reported in early 2023

Stone and Alwyn have recently shared the screen in a highly anticipated film directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, which is slated to premiere on June 21, 2024.

According to its official synopsis, Kind and Kindness is "a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing at sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader."

Emma Stone and Joe Alwyn's film cast includes Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Jesse Plemons, Hong Chau, Mamoudou Athie, and Hunter Schafer.
