Hark, its spring!

| The change
of the season means its finally time to revitalize your wardrobe
with this season's hottest trends. It was a hot favourite for
the Spring/Summer 09 shows at New York Fashion Week and designer
Miuccia Prada declared that she was "obsessed" with
it. Lace is ultra-feminine and adds an air of lovely romanticism
to any outfit: which is why it has been a classic since the
Victorian era! From the gothic all black lace look to dresses
and coats made entirely of lace to lace sleeves, such as those
shown by Elie Saab at Paris Couture Week - everything goes.
Lace dresses also look gorgeous worn with contrasting tights
for a modern and day-wear twist, or layered with different pieces.
The key is to make sure it is incorporated into your outfit
and not overdone: |

we do caution you to not use it in the done-to-death lace on the
hems and cuffs of kameezes. Fortunately enough, lace is available
everywhere from shops to Sunday Bazaar (shopkeepers at Sunday Bazaar
have quite the joy in priding themselves at having sold entire thaans
of lace to designers) so do pick up lace at your next shopping trip!
