| Tapu
Javeri: |
 |
"I
have a selection of about twenty songs that I listen to
when I work out. It has to be high energy pop - anything
from the 70s to early 2000. They're all remixes!" |

"Well
you can't listen to Bollywood music while you're working
out, to that same 'oh the hero is crying' tune. I like listening
to fast paced music, hip-hop and pop. I like music by Usher,
Rihanna's 'Please Don't Stop the Music', Akon's 'Smack That'
and Nadia Ali's 'Is this Love' |

| ZQ:
|
 |
"It's
the Grammy nominee CD which I listen to on repeat. My favourites
are 'So What' by Pink, 'I Kissed A Girl' by Kate Perry and
'Biurnin' Up' by the Jonas Brothers."
ZQ has a gym at home and tries to put in an hour at the
gym everyday, as she gets fit again. It's very contemporary,
just like her taste in music. |

| Yousaf
Salahuddin: |
 |
Yousaf
Salahuddin has been an avid gymgoer for years now, and
he claims that serious gymgoers don't listen to music
while they're exercising, saying its "fashionable"
to do the former. For dance music, he makes his own mixes,
and currently his favourites are Masooma's album Kamli,
and Ali Raza, who he says is the "best ghazal singer
in Pakistan". Yousaf has recorded albums with both
Masooma and Ali Raza which will be released soon.

| Nadia
and Aamina |
 |
Nadia
and Aamina both confessed that they are too busy to go
to the gym. Nadia said she hasn't been to the gym in the
past half year and just controls her diet. Aamina hasn't
been able to develop a gym routine since her work is so
divided between Lahore and Karachi. We would think models
would have the time and motive to go the gym, but clearly
not!
But to get them moving, they both like listening to pop,
dance music and remixes, citing artistes like Madonna,
Rihanna, Justin Timberlake and Ne-Yo.
