Azfar and Mani

The
famous Azfar and Mani duo of popular sitcom Sub Set Hai are back with
a show of their own where they talk about every topic under the sun
that is affecting the youth of our country and have taken upon them
to make a difference.
While their contemporaries might be preaching about issues like bribery,
beggary, suicide and depression, these two talk and find the funny
side to it, sparing one the usual way of dealing with such subjects.
And they do it in that street smart lingo, which is particular to
Karachi. "Doosron ko bahut shock se dekhtey ho aur apni girls
ko double burqay mein rakhtay ho," they said to their chai wala
who brought them Sehri. Simulataneously, they will speak about the
pleasure of driving around at iftar time and how good it feels that
people on the road stop and offer you dates and sherbet.

Azfar
and Mani make Ramadan hip for the youth. They are on Aag every sehri
sitting with some privileged kid talking about their beliefs with
their chai wala. The way they combine grave issues with a twist of
humor makes them stand out amongst a slew of sehri shows that have
hit television.
From making us laugh at their follies in Sub Set Hai to giving us
the most happening Sehri talkshow, Azfar and Mani are hotsteppers
