Dee Snider's beef with late musician Ozzy Osbourne has not ended, even after his death!
After recently commemorating the first death anniversary of her late father, Kelly Osbourne has publicly slammed Twisted Sister's frontman after his controversial allegations about the deceased musician.
On Friday, August 14th, the 41-year-old grieving daughter of Ozzy turned to her Instagram stories to issue a scathing warning to Dee.
The black background of the image showed a message that read, "My father's legacy as a musician, songwriter, singer and bandleader speaks for itself."
"His friends, those who worked with him, those who love him, and millions of fans around the world that continue to buy his records know exactly what he meant, what he contributed and what he leaves behind. His legacy will live eternally," Kelly blasted.
In another slide, he added, "@deesnider your last hit .. not to age myself was the year I was born over 40 years ago."
She called Snider's remarks "spectacularly classless" and questioned his ability to speak about the private reality of her father's life.
Kelly defended Ozzy's decades-long influence, saying his music, catalogue and impact will continue to reach generations to come.
She also took a direct swipe at Snider, suggesting that attempting to diminish Ozzy will not make his own legacy any greater.
"It's difficult not to wonder whether Snider's attempt to belittle my father is simply a way of getting people talking about him again. Because musically, the music industry moved on from Snider’s commercial peak decades ago, while my father's name, catalogue, and influence remain globally relevant," Kelly noted.
