Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade’s relationship with Kim Scott laid bare after arrest

Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade has had an “up and down” relationship with her mother, Kim Scott, following years of family turmoil and Scott’s latest arrest.

“Hailie has never stopped loving her mom no matter what,” a source told Page Six exclusively.

The tipster went on to say, “She’s been worried about Kim and just wants to see her healthy again.”

“Their relationship has definitely had its ups and downs over the years, but Hailie has always tried not to judge her,” the insider explained, before adding, “She knows her mom has faced a lot over the years.”

Referring to her severe bleeding after being found unconscious and taken to McLaren Macomb Hospital after her suicide attempt, a source noted, “This latest health scare was really hard on Hailie,” adding, “Any time something happens with her mom, it’s emotional because she never wants to get that kind of news.”

The insider said of her married life, “Becoming a wife and a mom herself has given Hailie an even greater appreciation for how complicated family relationships can be,” adding, “Hailie wants to be there for her mom in whatever way she can while also protecting the life she’s built with her own family.”

To note, Hailie married longtime boyfriend Evan McClintock in May 2024, and the pair welcomed their son, Elliot Marshall McClintock, in March 2025.

Kim Scott legal troubles

Those difficulties have resurfaced in recent months as Scott, formerly known as Kim Mathers, has faced a series of legal and personal troubles.

The 51-year-old was jailed Thursday after a Michigan judge revoked her bond amid alleged violations linked to her ongoing legal cases.

She is dealing with two DUI cases and another legal matter related to her July police encounter.

Scott pleaded no contest in May to an OWI charge after prosecutors said she crashed into a truck while impaired.

Three days later, she was arrested again for allegedly hitting a parked car with a .204 blood alcohol level.

Scott faced bench warrants after skipping a June court hearing, though they were later withdrawn when she appeared in court.
