In an exciting update, PlayStation Plus have offered access to some multiple games to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, including the critically acclaimed RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and the tactical strategy game Desperados III.
Simultaneously, much to to the dismay of players, some reports suggested that nearly eight games are slated to be removed from the subscription service on October 20, 2026.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver, joined PlayStation Plus on August 18.
Launched in 2025, the medieval open-world RPG is one of the most exhilarating games, which is recognised for its detailed gameplay systems, including a crime system that lets shopkeepers to recognize stolen goods.
The game successfully gained significant traction due to its immersive world and realistic NPC behavior. The title entails an 88 Metacritic score and a 4.57 out of 5 rating from around 49,000 PlayStation Store user reviews.
Its main story takes nearly 50 to 60 hours, while completing all content takes nearly 150 hours.
Desperados III joins the lineup
PlayStation Plus Subscribers can also play Desperados III, a real-time tactical game set in the Wild West. Developed by Mimimi Games and launched in 2020, the title is usually available for $39.99 on the PlayStation Store and also offers a free demo.
PlayStation Plus to remove THESE games from October 20
On the other hand, the company is also planning to remove eight games, leaving the Extra and Premium catalogs on October 20. They include Death Squared, Gloomhaven, Harvest Moon: Light of Hope, Jurassic World Evolution 2, Lake, Rogue Lords, Silent Hill 2 (2024), and Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
Additionally, Sony mentioned that PlayStation Plus catalog availability can vary by region, so removal dates and titles may differ across countries.
