In the period of less than two years the seven times Grand Slam champions has showed fans more hair styles than any other player.
Alcaraz surprised fans with buzzcut, then shocked the world with platinum blonde and recently rocked braided look.
But there is no doubt that the Spanish tennis star pulled off all of the hair transformation whether it was accidental or intentional very wee. Here are some of the daring hair transformations of the 23-year-old in past few months.
Shaved head
Alcaraz unexpectedly shaved his head the night before his first 2025 US Open match against Reilly Opelka.
The Spaniard took to Instagram to poke fun at his buzzcut, which he explained was the result of a disaster caused by his brother, Alvaro, when wielding the clippers on him. "My brother misunderstood with the machine – he cut it," he said to reporters. "And the only way to fix it is to shave it off."
"To be honest, it's not that good. It's not that bad, I guess," he added. In his Instagram post, Carlos joked about his hair transformation, sharing an edited photo of himself on the tennis court with multiple different hairdos, each one wilder than the last.
Platinum blonde
After shaving head he debuted his most shocking hairstyle to date Alcaraz revealed that he's gone from brunette to platinum blonde in new Instagram photos.
Alcaraz's latest carousel depicts his hair in various phases, including part of the process of his cut and dye. One frame shows his brother, Alvaro, buzzing his hair off.
Braided Hairstyle
Alcaraz took another swing at the style game with a bold hair transformation in photos posted to his latest Instagram carousel on Thursday, July 30, featuring a major switch-up from the long, shaggy look that he rocked previously.
Alcaraz opted for a full head of braids woven intricately into tight rows, a look that’s sparked a massive reaction from his followers online since the mirror selfie dropped. He also included a video of his new hairstyle, and a shot of the braids from behind.
