Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has unveiled a secret ingredient for his post-workout smoothie, fuelling buzz on the internet.
Turning to his TikTok account, the actor shared his regular morning smoothie recipe, which he called "morning post-workout elixir".

According to Dwayne's video, besides standard ingredients, he adds a plateful of jasmine rice alongside a prototype of powdered protein he is making for his supplement line, which would be launched in 2027, in his drink.
The Rock revealed that he adds 34 ounces of water, 15 grams of creatine, a "nice, heaping-sized cup' of blueberries, his secret protein powdered and some stevia to the shake.
His final ingredient in the smoothie was "120 grams worth of carbs of jasmine rice".
Dwayne explained that the drink is his "post-training" meal, adding that he trained and did cardio while fasting before making the dish.

Explaining his choice of carbs, the actor noted, "A lot of people are like, 'Wow, you just put your rice in the blender," he said . "I do. I really like it, and it adds a great texture to the shake."
"Mixed with this flavor that I'm combining with my protein powder… it's amazing. The frozen blueberries add a different kind of quality and texture to it too," he said.
He takes a sip and says, "Mm. Amazing," before telling his followers to "have a productive day".
Dwayne Johnson: From wrestling to Hollywood
Dwayne Johnson joined the World Wrestling Federation in 1996 as Rocky Maivia before transforming into his iconic persona, The Rock.
He stepped away from full-time wrestling in 2004 for Hollywood, where he was already a well-known lead.
Dwayne made his film debut in The Mummy Returns (2001), followed by his leading role in The Scorpion King (2002).
He also took part in hit film franchises, including the Fast & Furious.
The 54-year-old also voices demigod in Moana (2016) and Moana 2 (2024), animated films by Disney.
