Britney Spears' conservatorship was deemed necessary for her own safety as concerns arose over her well-being after the Chateau Marmont incident on Wednesday night.

The sources close to her told Page Six that the Toxic singer “needs conservatorship,” which terminated in 2021 after 13 years that granted control to her father Jamie Spears on every expect of her life.

As per the reports the pop princess suffers from very genuine mental health concerns that need a great deal of assistance.

“I hate to say it, but the way this is all going – this is what we feared,” one source expressed.

Another source highlighted the necessity of conservatorship for her, as they claimed, “The narrative of Britney having been locked away for no good reason other than her dad being evil and wanting to work her for every last penny has always been wrong.”

While acknowledging that the insider added, “there is no question that Jamie Spears is a flawed father and the way that Britney was put to work in Vegas was awful. It should never have happened.”

“However, there is also no question that the conservatorship – and the interventions prior to it – happened for a reason and it wasn’t because her dad wanted to make some nefarious money grab,” the source continued.

The insider further added, “It was put in place because Britney has serious mental health issue and was going completely off the rails.”

However, Spears banished all claims that she is “going off the rails,” after a recent incident reportedly the fight with her beau, she insisted that “the news is fake” and the paramedics entered her room “illegally” making her feel “harassed.”

Britney spears reassured fans, “I’m reaching my higher power.”
