Prince Harry, who himself dealt with two major snubs from his father King Charles during his trip to UK opened up about processing grief and stress in an emotional speech during his first day of Nigeria trip with Meghan Markle.

The Duke of the Sussex while speaking about the importance of the mental health awareness noted, “There is no shame to be able to acknowledge that today is a bad day.”

Harry continued, "That you have lost a loved one in your family and you don't know who to turn to or who to speak to.”

"All of these things, you may have been led to believe, are not for conversation,” adding "We are here to tell you today that is not the case."

Prince Harry gave this emotional yet powerful message shortly after landing in Nigeria to accompany his wife Meghan Markle on a 72-hour trip.

Harry flew to Nigeria on Friday after wrapping his solo 3-day visit to the UK, as he was not joined by the Duchess of the Sussex on the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.

The 39-year-old was initially expected to meet his cancer-stricken father, however Charles’ busy schedule crushed Harry’s hopes for a possible reunion.

It is pertinent to note, no member of the royal family attended the special thanksgiving service of the Invictus Games despite Harry’s invite.
