Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are ready to rekindle romance on their 6th wedding anniversary!
The royal couple, who just arrived in US after a successful whirlwind trip to Nigeria to promote the Invictus Games are now gearing to mark their 6th wedding anniversary on Saturday May 19, 2024.
A former BBC Royal Correspondent Jennie Bond in her conversation with OK Magazine dished rare details on the Duke of the Sussex’s 'madly romantic' idea for the Duchess, who he first met on a blind date in 2016.
Jennie also spilled about how the couple will spend their anniversary evening and the special gift Meghan might give to the Duke.
"There’s no doubt that after six years of marriage, Harry and Meghan look just as much in love as ever. They are always holding hands and in Nigeria Harry was filmed sweetly kissing his wife on the head," told Jennie to the outlet.
She continued, "I think most right minded people would simply wish them well and hope that this troubled young man – now not quite so young – has truly found the love and family life he longed for.”
"I’ve no doubt that Harry will come up with some madly romantic idea for the anniversary and Meghan will probably find a gift full of symbolism and significance,” the royal correspondent added.
“They will probably spend it privately with their children around them with perhaps a romantic dinner for two in the evening,” she added.
Harry and Meghan tied the knot at Windsor Castle in April 2018, followed by a smaller reception at Frogmore House.
