After delivering the Starlink payload toward orbit, the Falcon 9 first-stage booster successfully returned to Earth and landed on the droneship A Shortfall of Gravitas.
The successful landing extended the booster’s record to 37 launch-and-landing cycles, making the mission notable beyond the satellite launch itself.
SpaceX has been depending on recovered Falcon 9 boosters to support frequent lift offs while minimizing the need to use the latest hardware for every mission.
