Cardi B and Maduka Okoye have fueled romance rumors after being spotted together at Milan Fashion Week, adding to speculation surrounding their relationship.
The 33-year-old rapper and 27-year-old German-Nigerian soccer star were seen spending time together during Milan Fashion Week following her appearance on the runway for Vogue World on Tuesday, September 22.
A Cardi B fan account on X shared a roughly one-minute video showing the pair seemingly flirting over drinks at an afterparty.

Both stars, who collaborate with stylist Kollin Carter, have been seen together at various fashion events in Europe.
During Paris Fashion Week in July 2026, Okoye and Cardi sat side by side in the front row at Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fall/Winter Haute Couture show after being styled by Carter, according to Dazed.
In the same week, Hola! shared photos of Cardi and the soccer star smiling and laughing together while on a balcony at another event.

Previously she told Vogue Arabia that she was interested in spending more time with Okoye in an August 27 interview.

When romance rumors with Okoye surfaced over the summer, Cardi B told fans she would eventually be ready to find love again.
