Dolly Parton's nephew, Bryan Seaver, has pulled a masterstroke with new fiery claims regarding the late singer's estate.

Earlier this month, the late musician's business, She's Alive which is run by her longtime manager Danny Nozell, filed for a temporary restraining order against Bryan in Nashville's Davidson County Chancery Court.
After terminating her nephew, who broke the news of her death after making inappropriate claims following her passing, her business team made the legal move.
How did the feud begin?
PEOPLE reported that on September 1st, Bryan issued a letter to Dolly's trust and estates attorney, notifying them to "become the hand of retribution" for his entire family and urged them to remove her on-duty representatives from her trust.
After his claims, the estate filed the lawsuit in which they mentioned that Bryan threatened them if they would not grant him his rights.
"Mr Seaver began invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence to extort [Parton's estate] into giving in to his demands for money," Dolly's estate claimed in the new filing.
Now, reacting to the lawsuit, the musician's trusted nephew clarified that he is "seeking" vengeance for his people for the next 50 years.

"I have no debt. I only own swords and guns. All I have is animosity and memory. But I’m going to spend the next time I have on earth ratf---ing anyone that has ever betrayed my family… All I do is warfare… Everyone needs to be worried about what I might do," he added.
He also launched a "campaign of threats, intimidation and coercion" that began in the weeks before Dolly's death on August 25th, 2026.
He reportedly planned the move before the death, as he was aware of her death before her passing.
Bryan Seaver has announced Dolly Parton's death in a heartbreaking video clip, which was recorded at the late singer's request, before she lost her long-running cancer battle in August of this year.
So far, the 9 to 5 hitmaker's family has not reacted to Bryan’s explosive allegations and claims.
