Kylian Mbappé is rarely out of the headlines, whether it is his on-field performance or his off-field endeavors.
According to AS, recently, his love life has been getting plenty of attention because of his burgeoning romance with Spanish actress Ester Expósito.
The 27-year-old forward and Expósito, 26, have been mingling in the same circles following Mbappé’s move to Real Madrid in the summer of 2024.
Expósito was in a VIP box at the Santiago Bernabéu for the Madrid derby in March and was asked about her interest in soccer, and Mbappé, after Rosalía’s concert in the Spanish capital a few days later.
“The truth is, I don’t really like it much, but the match was good,” the actress said of the sport.
She was rather less revealing when it came to her possible relationship with the Madrid attacker.
However, after France third place finish in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the couple was seen enjoying vacations together and was spotted together on multiple occasions.
Who is Ester Expósito?
Expósito, who was born in Madrid in 2000, first appeared on screen in 2016 after previously taking acting classes and performing in theater as a youngster.
She has starred in a number of Spanish-language movies and TV series, the highest-profile of which is Netflix teen drama Elite, which ran for eight seasons between 2018 and 2024.
Expósito has been one of Spain’s biggest breakout stars since Netflix’s Élite became an international phenomenon.
Speaking with Oprah Daily in 2020, Expósito reflected on how quickly her career changed after finding success on screen.
She said, “In two years, Élite has changed my life completely. Even though I had already done two movies and participated in other shows, the success of this show has obviously made, like, a before and after in my career, where now people know who I am around the world.”
In the years since, the actress has built a career spanning television, film, and luxury fashion campaigns while amassing millions of followers on social media.
