Barbara Palvin’s got everyone talking about her striking transformation.
The 33-year-old Hungarian model and actress broke the internet on Sunday, October 18, with her jaw-dropping return to Victoria’s Secret runway, debuting a toned body and hourglass figure just six weeks after giving birth.
The new mom welcomed her first child, daughter Sylvie, with husband Dylan Sprouse in early September 2026.
For her runway look, Palvin looked gorgeous in a sheer pink negligee covered in script lettering, which she complemented with rosy makeup and a voluminous, bouncy blowout.
Her striking transformation made fans wonder what her diet routine could be to achieve that dramatic transformation in a few weeks.
Inside Barbara Palvin’s diet and workout routine
The Hercules actress has previously opened up about her strict diet and intense exercise regime over the years, which are likely to have played a major part in her stunning weight loss journey.
Palvin had turned to keto diet prior to tying the knot with Sprouse back in July 2023.
The ketogenic (keto) diet is a high-fat, moderate-protein and very low-carb eating plan that shifts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis, during which liver converts fat into ketones to use as your primary fuel source of glucose from carbohydrates.
“I did the keto diet with Dylan and my sister [before tying the knot]. It's a lot of things I love – meat, fat and not much dairy but heavy cream and cheese,” the model told Harper’s Bazaar.
Besides opting for keto diet, the model also works out at home with her husband. However, she admitted to being a little lazy when there’s no major event coming up.
Speaking to PEOPLE, she said, “I'm trying to do better and do that with him, but I'm a little lazy. Anytime I work out, I move every body part.”
Moreover, in a short video shared with Vogue Australia, Barbara Palvin shared insight into her routine.
The clip showed that Palvin wakes up 7 in the morning and goes straight to the gym.
“When there's an important job, like I'm doing the Victoria's Secret Show, I'll go to the gym like 10 times a week, which is very, very heavy on my body, but that's why I have a personal trainer,’ she shared back then.
Her exercise regime included donkey kicks, lunges and rope exercises.
However, on a separate occasion, Palvin shared that she personally prefers yoga and hiking over gym, stating, “I've realized that being outdoors is great for my mental health. Now, I try to go outside more, go on a hike, work out, do my self-care routines as regularly as possible.”
