Cancer-stricken King Charles made a powerful return to public duties with his first appearance since diagnosed with cancer.

The 75-year-old monarch along with his wife Queen Camilla made a visit to the University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre in London on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

As reported by PEOPLE, Charles and Camilla spent nearly an hour meeting the medical experts and the patients, where they highlighted the significance of early cancer detection and more.

Although the monarch greeted the visitors after attending the church on Easter Sunday, this visit marks King Charles’ first public engagement since being diagnosed with a type of cancer in February.
