Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have decided to peddle slowly while navigating through their relationship almost two months after their engagement breaking off was confirmed.

Along with “taking things one day at a time,” they are committed to therapy sessions, as disclosed to Entertainment Tonight by a source on Friday, May 3.

The source said, “They have dealt with some trust issues, but both are making a continual effort to stay committed to their mutual end goal of being together forever.”

“They are also respecting each other’s space when needed, which is key during this time. They’re doing their best to make things work,” this unnamed person added.

Rumors about Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s reconciliation started circling when they were spotted wrapped in passion while slow dancing with each other at the Stagecoach Festival last week.

Speaking about their newfound connection, the insider mentioned, “They are continuing to go to therapy, be fully transparent with each other about their feelings, and have consistent communication.”

But it’s also important to note that both of these stars are parents to children from previous relationships.

While Megan Fox had three younglings with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, Machine Gun Kelly has one teenager to look after.

Keeping this in mind, the source shared, “They are trying to keep their relationship issues as private as possible and protect their children from any drama or outside noise.”
