Renowned Pakistani singer, Ali Zafar’s younger brother Danyal Zafar is all set to make acting debut on big screen with Mahira Khan’s first venture into production Baarwan Khiladi.
Danyal appeared in an interview and spoke about his character in the upcoming web-series.
Talking about his role in Baarwan Khiladi, Danyal shared, “The boy in Baarwan Khilaadi is a typical Punjabi boy, roaming the streets of Lahore, who gets a chance to play cricket at team level but whose opportunity is stolen from him due to politics. So its about his journey and how he perseveres through everything.”
He added, “Mahira was super passionate about the project. She was involved in the script as well, giving us tips so I had a great time working on it.”
Talking about being Ali Zafar’s brother, Danyal said, “The best thing I do for myself is that I completely forget I'm anyone's brother. I just look at myself as myself and step into the shoes of the character I have.”
