Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's bombshell UK return announcement has reportedly left two senior Royals "stunned."
In a bombshell report by Telegraph on Wednesday, August 19, Harry and Meghan's plans on moving back to the UK next month were confirmed.
Although, details of their residence remained under wraps, the report suggested that the couple will be moved to a non-Royal residence outside London, and their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will start their school in the UK from the next month.
The report also confirmed that King Charles III was informed about Harry and Meghan's UK relocation decision earlier this week.
Now well-placed Palace sources have lift the curtain on how The Prince and Princess of Wales reacted to Harry and Meghan's unexpected announcement.
A source told Rob Shuter that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's informal announcement on plans of moving back to the UK has left Kate and William "blindsided".
"That tells you everything. If this were really about rebuilding trust with the royal family, the palace would have been given the respect of making the announcement," said the source.
"Instead, Harry and Meghan made the announcement themselves in America," they added.
While another insider claimed, "They are still loose cannons. Nobody knows what they are going to do next, and nobody at the palace wants to find out through the American media."

The 41-year-old Royal and his wife Meghan left Britain in 2020 after stepping down from their duties and moved to the US to built an independent life away from the limelight.
So this sudden U-turn has sparked widespread chatter around their change of mind, and while, sources from Harry and Meghan's camp continue to convince everyone that this decision is purely emotional given King Charles health crisis amid cancer.
Palace insiders believe that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's change of mind came after facing back to back financial blows in the US - where they tried to built a stable career in Hollywood while maintaining their personal endeavors.
"The American dream did not turn out the way they planned" an insider noted, adding, "The deals came, the headlines came, but the enormous financial independence they talked about never really materialized."
While another source claimed, "This is about money. Harry knows the family fortune is in Britain. He also knows his father is the person who can make life much easier for him."
"They are coming back because they need Britain — and they need Charles," they added.
