Ajay Devgn and Tabu's rivalry is arriving sooner than fans' expectations.
On Monday, August 24th, the popular Indian actor – who has been part of Drishyam - made a surprise announcement regarding the third instalment of the movie.
Devgn released the first glimpse of the official poster of the suspenseful film, which also featured the powerful dialogue that read, "Mera Sach, Mera Sahi, Sirf Meri Family Hai (My truth, my right, only my family), once again pointing to Vijay’s biggest priority: protecting his family."

As the anticipation has been escalated with the release of the new poster, fans expressed excitement while many just cannot wait for the release of the movie.
"Can't keep calm!!!!" one enthusiastic fan exclaimed.
Another noted, "The mastermind is back. #VijaySalgaonkar."
"PEAK yet to be unfolded," a third said.
A fourth commented, "Mean this is finale."
Ajay Devgn and Tabu's roles in Drishyam
For those unaware, Ajay Devgn has been associated with the franchise since 2015 as he played the role of Vijay Salgaonkar, who has crossed every limit to protect his family.
Alongside the new poster's release, the actor also thrilled fans with the special announcement of his new film's premiere date, which is set for October 2nd, 2026.
This film will serve as the final chapter of the Hindi Drishyam franchise, which has kept audiences hooked with its twists, secrets and Vijay's carefully planned moves.
A teaser which was previously released had already given fans a glimpse into Vijay's state of mind. In the teaser, Ajay's character spoke about how people have given him different names over the years, but said that his family remains his truth and his right.
Apart from Ajay Devgn, Tabu whose real name is Tabassum Fatima Hashmi, Shriya Saran and Rajat Kapoor as the leading cast.
The Hindi franchise began in 2015 with Ajay Devgn's Drishyam, which was a remake of the Malayalam film starring Mohanlal.
Notably, the second part, Drishyam 2, was released in 2022 and continued Vijay's story.
