Kris Jenner has landed herself at the center of backlash with her latest move.
On Tuesday, August 25, the 70-year-old momager took to Instagram to give a mighty shout-out to her granddaughter North West after the teenager marked a major milestone.
The eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who recently stepped into her teens, unlocked a new achievement with a solo appearance on the cover of Dazed Magazine’s September issue.
“Our Northie for @dazed magazine!!! @northwest,” wrote Kris Jenner in the caption as she hyped up her grandkid.
However, her loving move soon sparked backlash, as social media users slammed her and North’s parents, Kim and Kanye, allowing the teenager’s weird fashion choices, career moves, and also supporting her.

‘You’re proud of this?” angrily questioned one, while another slammed, “Lord please help this family do better & set better examples.”
A third wrote, “The adults in her life simply need to do better.”
“Absolutely ridiculous,” blasted a fourth.
“So sad my heart goes out for her. I hope you can realize and turn around your life,” added one more.
