Beyoncé is celebrating her 44th birthday with an extra-special surprise for fans!

The multiple-time Grammy-winning musician has decided to treat herself well by unveiling her B'Day 20th anniversary deluxe album on September 3rd, 2026.

Jay-Z's life partner, whose real name is Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, turned 44 on Friday, September 4th, and has marked the occasion.

Notably, the new edition of the album features 31 tracks, as the singer seemingly channelled her younger self by reissuing the musical collection of her second album, B'Day.

Beyoncé's latest version includes a handful of unreleased tunes including previously unreleased tracks Creole, Lost Yo Mind, My First Time, Back Up, and Can I Watch You, featuring Pharrell Williams in addition to the original 2006 songs.

The Carter Boy hitmaker also includes Spanish versions of songs like Get Me Bodied (Mueve el Cuerpo) with rapper and singer-songwriter Maluma and Irreplaceable with a sample of the late legend Selena.

When did Beyoncé announce her new studio album?

Before she finally dropped the new edition of her sophomore album, Beyoncé initially teased the anniversary project when she officially released her song Morning Dew (Donk) on July 4th.

As the new version of her album was released on social media, several fans gushed about the new collection, while worldwide celebrating B'Day.

Fans' reactions over Beyoncé's new version of album

One user noted, "This is Beyoncé's best album in my opinion."

"BEYONCE AND SELENA!!! WAKE UP CHAT WE GOT A BEYONCÉ AND SELENA DUET," another showered love on the critically acclaimed artist for featuring the late musician.

For those new to the room, Selena Quintanilla tragically passed away at the age of 23 on March 31, 1995.

According to media reports, the deceased musician was shot and killed by Yolanda Saldívar at a motel in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Selena’s brother and former bandmate A.B. Quintanilla also celebrated the release on his official Instagram account.
