Lady Gaga has shocked the internet as she was spotted for the first time with a newborn baby alongside fiancé, Michael Polansky.
The Dia With A Smile and her partner have reportedly embraced parenthood as the couple just made their first surprise appearance with a child on Friday, September 11.
In the photos obtained by PageSix, Lady Gaga - who never announced her pregnany and have been out of the public eye for a while, was spotted craddling up a baby, while Michael walked beside her.
Soon after the photos gained traction, fans flooded the internet with heartfelt responses, with many of them actively asking if Lady Gaga has surrogated her first child with Michael.
One user commented, "I'm guessing she had a surrogate. She was touring up until 4 months ago."
