Benny Blanco made his surprise appearance at the 2026 US Open shortly after his shocking truth about his wife, Selena Gomez.
Ahead of their first wedding anniversary, the popular American record producer joined several notable names of Tinseltown, as he was part of A-listers who converged on Arthur Ashe Stadium at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Centre in Flushing, Queens, New York.
On Sunday, September 13th, the songwriter appeared relaxed as he kept his solo profile low-key, wearing ripped denim jeans with a button-down shirt and a long Khaki coat.
As Benny showed up at the star-studded match over the weekend, several fans were curious to know why he made a solo appearance despite his reunion with his wife, after a few months of living separately.
Well, the reason for the Rare Beauty founder's absence is known, but the Calm Down hitmaker has seemingly chosen not to attend the US Open with her husband after his recent tell-all interview with Willie Geist on the same day her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, teased new beginnings on his 8th wedding anniversary with his wife, Hailey Bieber.
Benny – who has worked alongside notable names of musical industry is set to launch his personal book, F*** Failure, in which he reflected on his journey as an absolute failure as he embraced his life.
Cryptic statement about relationship
In conversation with host Willie Geist on TODAY's Sunday Sitdown, the 2013 Hal David Starlight Award recipient, whose real name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, has also shared how he cracked the code of romance when he began seeing Selena, and where their dynamics lie now after one year of their togetherness.
Benny shared that he said a partner must understand the equation of his/her companion and "have an open dialogue."
"And I think, again, like, not being a d*** and being nice to people put her into my orbit at the right time," Benny told the outlet.
He continued promoting his new publication, the record producer said, "It's understanding your partner, and being able to talk about things, and have an open dialogue."
Benny Blanco, whose new book F*** Failure is set to be released on September 15th, is also yet to celebrate his first wedding anniversary with Selena Gomez on September 27th, 2025.
