Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's real thoughts on Earl Charles Spencer's bombshell Princess Diana memoir have been revealed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex - who just returned to the UK last month for an "extended" stay nearly six years after their shocking exit in 2020, are said to be feeling "vindicated" with Diana's brother's bombshell claims in new tell-all, Swan Song: Diana, My Sister.
In the bombshell book about his sister, the ninth Earl of Spencer family made various shocking claims against the monarch, who was married to Diana from 1981 to 1992.
Now insiders are claiming that Sussexes "believe Diana’s story shows what happens when protecting the institution becomes more important than protecting the person."
“To them, this book doesn’t just revisit Diana — it helps explain why they left. They’re saying, ‘This is exactly what we’ve been talking about’” added the source.
As per Rob Shuter, Harry and Meghan are not anxious about any fallout, infact they are secretly supporting.
“Harry believes his mother was silenced enough while she was alive,” another source noted.
They further explained that Harry has “zero interest in making her story more comfortable for the Palace now.”
“He believes Charles Spencer is defending Diana, not attacking the monarchy, if the truth makes the Palace uncomfortable, Harry believes that’s the Palace’s problem” added the source.
