Salman Khan is actually ill, or is it a drama?
The Dabangg star has broken his silence over his ongoing health scare, and the recent Bigg Boss 20 promo has taken the controversy in a new direction.

Salman Khan lashed out at trollers
In the new episode, the Tere Naam actor slammed the trolls who mocked him after his recent appearance at Ambani house, where his ex-girlfriend, Katrina Kaif, also appeared for the first time since welcoming her son with Vicky Kaushal.
Condemning the hate, Khan said, "Why do you troll somebody who gets pregnant? Pregnant hone ke baad everyone puts on weight… Pregnant thi toh weight gain kar liya, wapas movies mein aayegi toh fit ho jayegi. (It’s only weight gain; when she is back in the movies, she will be fit.) She wanted to spend time with her family."
He also went shirtless to shut down the speculations surrounding his health, suggesting that the actor might be going through with the undisclosed disease.
The Kick star also clarified that his bald look is due to his upcoming film, which demands the intense craft.
Bigg Boss 20 new promo sparks Salman Khan's health scare
However, before the episode concluded, Salman Khan was shown complaining about chest pain as he sat down on the floor, leaving the audience and the participants worried about his health.
Later, the episode cut over the uncertain scene, leaving fans believing the actor was actually going through an illness.
Now, reacting to the speculations and fans' concerns, Salman Khan has ended the curiosity as he revealed that it was purposely acted to sit on the floor, to show one of the contestants in the house that using health to play games is not appropriate.
Taking to his Instagram stories, the Sikandar actor wrote, "Nothing is wrong with my health by the grace of God. The Bigg Boss promo should not have been cut the way it was cut."
He continued explaining the reason for his fall while hosting one of the popular reality television shows, adding, "It totally beats the purpose and looks like I am doing the same thing that Kazi was doing in the house."
"The pain was only to show Kazi that what he did was wrong cause he used his health for entertainment, especially when the 15 people in the house were not aware that he was acting and were getting worried for his health," Khan noted.
He later apologised for showing the complete opposite of what he wanted to show, and he also thanked Bigg Boss’s team for editing the error.
