Ashley Greene got candid about her fitness routine, diet, and outdoor activities, offering fans a look at how she stays active and maintains her energy.

The Twilight alum recently shared a series of images from a summer outing that included time by a lake, water activities and evenings with friends.

The posts received immense support from fans worldwide.

Greene stated, “My favorite type of workout for a fun, fast-paced, full-body cardio fix would probably be Rise Nation. I love a great hike because it clears my head and I can take along the pups. And for an intense strength workout, I love training with Jason Walsh at Rise Movement."

For strength training, Greene works with trainer Jason Walsh at Rise Movement. Her workout routine includes exercises such as weighted sled pushes, deadlifts and medicine ball jump slams.

Greene also stressed the significance of staying consistent, even when she does not feel motivated to exercise.

She stated that being active, even without completing an intense gym session, assists her feel better and keeps her thoughts more organized.

"I have to have two pieces of wholegrain toast and almond butter, honey and bananas on top. That would bother some people because it's got a decent amount of fat, but you have to recognize that it's fuel; it doesn't matter if I'm putting calories and fat into my body – I need it to do the type of strength training that I like to do.”

Greene’s approach focuses on regular movement, strength conditioning and eating enough to support physical activity. Her comments highlight how she incorporates exercise into her routine not only for fitness but also for the mental benefits she experiences from staying active.
