Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian delivered a high-stakes, defiant address to world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly.
In his rare wartime speech, Pezeshkian strongly rejected accusations of terrorism, arguing instead that Iran and its people have long been the primary targets of Western aggression and unlawful military strikes.
