Aesthetic physician reveals Deepika Padukone's beauty procedures
For the star-studded event, aesthetic physician Dr. Harshna Bijlani created her elaborate skincare strategy, which included HIFU, cryo-facial, microneedling and LED therapy.
HIFU
Each treatment in the routine played a key role. HIFU, a non-invasive procedure, uses ultrasound energy.
It stimulates collagen production, resulting in firmer skin, fewer wrinkles, and improved texture.
Cryo-facial
This was followed by cryo-facial, a cold therapy to boost collagen, reduce inflammation, and refine skin tone.
This technique also cuts puffiness and shrinks pores, offering an immediate revitalising effect.
Radiofrequency therapy
Meanwhile, radiofrequency (RF) therapy heated the skin deeply. It promoted new collagen, elastin, and skin cell generation.
This process improved tone, texture, and firmness, smoothing fine lines for a more youthful contour.
Microneedling
With tiny needles, microneedling creates micro-injuries, which kick starts the skin's natural healing process, boosting collagen and elastin.
LED therapy
Lastly, LED therapy employed different light wavelengths, including red and blue light, which stimulate collagen and target acne-causing bacteria, respectively.
Deepika Padukone shares her skin prep routine
Besides major procedures, Deepika also swears by her own skincare brand, 82 degree E.
In a 2022 Instagram post, Deepika shared a no-filter photo of herself, as she revealed her beauty secret, with the caption noting, "here's how I prepped my skin."
The actress shared that she starts by washing her face with cold water, followed by icing her face.
Once dry, she applies the 82 degree E Ashwagandha Bounce Rejuvenating Moisturiser to her face and neck.
Rounding off her skincare routine, Deepika goes in with the Patchouli Glow Sunscreen Drops, also from 82 degree E.
On the personal front, Deepika Padukon and her husband, Ranveer Singh, who tied the knot in 2018, have welcomed their second daughter in September 2026.
