Princess Kate has welcomed Autumn with a plaid print during a visit to Belfast with her husband, Prince William.
The Prince and Princess of Wales stepped out in Northern Ireland on Friday, October 9, to meet people and organisations aiming to prevent homelessness.

For the meaningful outing, Kate stunned in a green pleated `plaid skirt, which she paired with a white ruffle blouse and a Bespoke black coat from Catherine Walker London.
Her skirt, the Kensie skirt in Military Green Shetland Tartan cost £1,208, while the silk satin blouse from Knatchbull Savile Row is priced at £565.
She elevated the outfit with a pair of dark stiletto heels and carried a small handbag from Mulberry.
Kate was also seen wearing a Polo Ralph Lauren Crocodile-Stamped Leather Belt and Trinity Classic Hoops from Cartier.
Meanwhile, Prince William opted for his usual ensemble, pairing a suit with a blue tie.

Friday's visit was the couple's seventh trip to Northern Ireland, which they first visited together in March 2011, a month before they were married.
About the surprise Belfast royal visit
According to the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency, more than 7,800 households across Northern Ireland were considered homeless between October 2025 and March 2026, with Belfast reporting the highest rate of homelessness.
During the visit, the couple met with young people and the organisations working to create pathways to employment, stability and opportunities for those at risk of homelessness.
They saw the Commons, a former church on Belfast's Ormeau Road, transformed into a community centre focused on creativity, care, connection and belonging.
