Prince Albert II of Monaco celebrated F1 driver Charles Leclerc at the country's Goodwill Ambassador Awards.
On Thursday, April 2, at a glamorous event, the Ferrari driver received the prestigious 2026 Goodwill Ambassador award, which recognised his efforts in promoting Monegasque culture and values globally.
Leclerc attended the event alongside his wife, Alexandra Saint Mleux Leclerc, a month after their civil wedding.
Prince Albert also presented a wedding gift to Charles and Alexandra during the event: a customised scale model of a classic Ferrari, which included a mascot with a blue scarf, a reference to the driver's iconic colour.
On Friday, April 3, the royal Instagram account for the Monaco Royal Family shared the details of the event, alongside a carousel of clicks featuring Charles and his wife.
The social media post was captioned, "This Thursday, April 2, His Majesty Prince Albert II presented Charles Leclerc with the diploma of Ambassador of Goodwill, awarded by the Monaco Ambassadors Club at the Paris Hotel."
Moreover, the loved-up pair was also joined by F1 drivers' brothers, Lorenzo and Arthur.
Besides the ceremony, a high-profile auction also took place in Monte Carlo, where Flavio Briatore, currently executive advisor for Alpine, secured Charles Leclerc's race helmet for €120,000.
