Bruce Campbell has seemingly shaken the internet with his spine-chilling health update.
Earlier this week, in a deeply personal conversation, the cancer-stricken Evil Dead star has revealed that his doctor has advised him to enjoy his days to the fullest, as his cancer has ruined his body.
Due to the spread of his illness, Bruce's doctor has shared with him that he has not much time left to spend his life with his loved ones.
The Army of Darkness actor additionally said that he has left with only five years to live following his cancer diagnosis in March of this year.
"I’ve decided pretty specifically, though, to live with it, not die from it," and also shared that he will plan what is happening in life and will not let his illness ruin the rest of his life.
Bruce added, "Because you can go down a massive rabbit hole, the cancer rabbit hole is enormous … I won’t touch it with a 10- foot pole."
He also jokingly told The Adam Carolla Show host that his cancer has become more of a "massive rabbit hole", and which he will not touch it with a "10-foot pole."
Bruce's Campbell's unexpected health update shook the internet
As his interview went public, fans began showing empathy towards the artist, encouraging him to show strength towards his illness, with one commenting, "He’ll be fine. It’s in God's hands. Document your next five years. Enjoy your life, kid."
"Don’t worry, Bruce. We will summon you back with the Necronomicon," another said.
Another wished for his speedy recovery, stating, "People beat the odds a lot of times. Praying he's one of those cases, man."
"5 years with the state of the world might be a blessing. But you will be so missed when you go," a fourth noted.
Since when Bruce Campbell has been suffering from cancer diagnosis
For those unaware, Bruce Campbell – shot to fame due to his iconic hero Ash Williams role in the Evil Dead horror franchise announced his cancer diagnosis back in March of this year.
At the time, he addressed the rising fans’ concerns in a statement, sharing that his cancer is reversible and treatable; however, he kept the other details out of the spotlight.
