The Rare Beauty founder debuted her bold new look at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony as Benny Blanco was absent.
Gomez, 36, made her appearance without her husband, Benny Blanco, at the star-studded event, turning heads in a full gold beaded gown.
On Monday, September 14th, the Only Murders in the Building starlet set the fashion bar high in a strapless, specially customised dress by Louis Vuitton, adding to the style with her Tiffany & Co. statement jewellery.
The Calm Down hitmaker – who has wrapped the sixth and reportedly final season of her hit television series, Only Murders in the Building, has also attended the glitzy gala to celebrate her hit comedy-mystery series.
Only Murders in the Building, which also starred Steve Martin and Martin Short, earned a nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series.
The singer-turned-actress serves as an executive producer on the show, in which she played Mabel Mora.
Notably, the detail which sparked mixed reactions from fans was her hair transformation, as she changed up her hairstyle in a big way: with soft, flowing mermaid waves that simply wouldn't quit, falling all the way down her back nearly to her hips.

Despite the ongoing clone conspiracy theories, fans gush over her new look and fashion style, with one commenting that "Seeing Sel with her hair down reminds me of young Selena."
While many pointed out her eye, asking "What happened to her?"

Apart from the criticism, Selena Gomez – who has attended the ceremony for the fourth time was labelled as "mirrorball" with a stunning solo appearance.
Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez's solo appearances
This appearance of the singer came just a day after her husband, Benny Blanco, with whom she will celebrate her first marriage anniversary on September 27th, went alone to witness the match between Germany's Alexander Zverev and America's Ben Shelton.
The two reunited in July of this year after Benny travelled across the Atlantic by boat to see her in the U.K., overcoming his fears of flying to mark her 36th birthday.
Well, it is unclear whether the two are living together or still living apart.
