Paris Hilton has been left “heartbroken” following the sudden death of model Presley Gerber as she joined a wave of celebrity tributes mourning the star.
Just hours before news of Gerber’s death emerged on Sunday, the 45-year-old socialite had commented on his final Instagram post.
Hilton took to her Instagram stories to share a photo of herself with Presley while also penning, “I'm completely heartbroken. I still can't believe this is real.”
She added, “Presley, you were such a beautiful soul. So sweet, sensitive, kind and genuine. I cared about you so much, and I'm going to miss you more than words can say.”
Hilton shared that she would forever “cherish the memories” they made, including the laughs, conversations and moments they spent together.
She continued, “You had such a gentle heart and there was something so special about you that anyone who was lucky enough to know you could feel.”
Hilton went on to express, “I hope you knew how deeply loved you were and how many people cared about you.”
At the end of her message, she sent her condolences, noting, “My heart is with your entire family during this unimaginable time. Rest in peace, my friend. Love you forever. You will be so deeply missed.”

Presley Gerber, the model son of supermodel Cindy Crawford, has died at just 27 following a years-long struggle with drugs, panic attacks and his mental health.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner said Presley died Sunday at a rehab facility, according to TMZ, though his cause of death remains unknown.
Presley was the son of Cindy Crawford, 60, and nightlife entrepreneur Rande Gerber, 64. A family spokesman asked for privacy as they grieve the “difficult and painful” loss.
He began modelling at 15, later working with brands including Dolce & Gabbana and Calvin Klein.
Signed to IMG Models, Presley also appeared in a 2018 Pepsi campaign with his mother. He had previously struggled with his mental health and was arrested for DUI in 2019.
