Lionel Richie has been spotted for the first time since his recent hospitalization, stepping out for a dinner party in Beverly Hills.
On Saturday, the 77-year-old R&B legend looked in high spirits as he was spotted on his first outing since being released from the hospital earlier this month.
He was spotted at a dinner party at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills, where he reassured fans about his recovery by flashing a double thumbs-up to onlookers.
Richie was joined by his girlfriend, Lisa Parigi, for the outing and kept his look casual in a navy jacket and matching trousers paired with white sneakers.
The sighting comes nearly three weeks after the Hello singer checked himself into hospital, a day after he appeared to struggle through his final song of the night in St. Louis, Missouri.
During his hospital stay, Richie underwent tests for “cardiac-related issues.”

Footage from the final song of his concert at The Muny in Forest Park, obtained by the Daily Mail, showed the singer seemingly struggling to catch his breath as he performed one of his biggest hits, All Night Long.
Closeups appeared to show Richie out of breath as his vocals dropped out beneath the backing singers.
While seated with his guitarist and bassist beside him, he briefly handed them the microphone, but neither sang, leaving the audience to fill in the lyrics as Richie shook his head.
His guitarist later appeared to sing part of the verse, though Richie had already pulled the microphone away.
After the performance, Richie walked away from the audience before turning back to say goodnight as footage from his earlier career played behind him.
He was hospitalized in St. Louis shortly afterward, checking himself into the facility for tests and receiving treatment in the intensive care unit, according to TMZ.
