Meghan Markle has finally been spotted for the first time after returning to the UK nearly a month ago.
The Duchess of Sussex broke cover on Monday, September 21, as she was spotted chatting with fellow transplant Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, reported Page Six.
Her appearance marks the first time she has been sighted in the public since her return to England nearly a month ago.
The As Ever founder touched down in the UK on August 26, 2026, with her husband, Prince Harry, and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
In the photos shared by the outlet, Meghan can be seen engaged in a conversation with the 68-year-old American comedian and her wife at the popular historic pub The Three Horseshoes near Burford, Oxfordshire.
For the outing, the former American actress kept things casual in a white pants and a light blue shirt.
As shared by an eyewitness, the Duchess and the comedian were seen “chatting and laughing” during their time at the pub after which the mother of two bid Ellen and Portia goodbye.
For those unfamiliar, Ellen DeGeneres and her wife relocated to the UK from the US in 2024.

The Duke of Sussex, as WellChild’s Patron for 18 years, made a beaming arrival at the Royal Lancaster London hotel on Monday, September 21, for the special event that celebrates the exceptional courage and resilience of the ill children and young people, and honours the dedicated parents, carers, nurses, and health professionals who work to support them.
Founded in 1977, WellChild is a charity that provides care for seriously ill children and young people in the United Kingdom.
