Taylor Swift is set to debut the music video for her upcoming track Patient Zero at the MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday.
Earlier this week, the Cruel Summer hitmaker announced Patient Zero, set to be released on Friday, September 25. Later she revealed that a new deluxe version of her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, with four new songs, is also out on the same day.
Turning to her social media platforms, Taylor shared the first look of the upcoming music video, featuring Dakota Johnson, Colin Farrell and the crooner herself.

The clip showed a sombre Taylor and Dakota standing infront of a grave, as they lay down a black rose.
Moreover, a distraught and bare-face Taylor could also be seen in the clip, sparking buzz about the music video.

The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore will include four new songs, including Patient Zero, Cleveland!, Pink Clouding, Babylon.
Where will 'Patient Zero' MV be premiere?
The MV will be premeire on Sunday, September 27, at the VMA, where she is set to become the first recipient of Artist Director award.
It is a brand-new honour which will be awarded to artists who direct some or all of their music videos.
The new accolade guarantees Taylor, who is also nominated in 11 categories, will become the show's most-awarded artist, breaking the tie between her and Beyoncé.
Notably, the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) are set to take place live on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 7:30-9:30 p.m. ET/ 4:30-6:30 p.n. PT at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California.
