Amitabh Bachchan has made a rare revelation about Shah Rukh Khan.
During a recent episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 18, host Bachchan revealed the Pathaan star’s biggest strength as he sang his praises while speaking to guest Rajkummar Rao, who appeared on the show to promote his upcoming biopic on public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, titled Prahaar.
The veteran actor, who has worked with SRK on a number of projects, including Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Bhootnath, and Veer Zaara, spoke highly of him, sharing that the King Khan never gives up on anything.
“Let me tell you, I have worked with him, and he is the kind of person who never gives up on anything; no matter the problem, just by speaking, he boosts the other person's confidence tremendously,” he stated, reported Hindustan Times.
While chatting with Rajkummar Rao, the Baghban actor asked him about Khan, given that they both hail from Delhi and are working as big stars today in Mumbai.
The Stree actor responded by sharing that since a young age, he was ambitious to become an actor and had closely followed the Ra.One star’s journey to stardom.
“Sir, since you are from Delhi yourself, and I too had decided at a very young age that I wanted to pursue acting... Also, there used to be a poster of yours in my mother's room because you have always been number one, and we have all drawn inspiration from you,” he said.
Kumar added, “As I was saying, I was deeply inspired by Shah Rukh Sir's journey; how a boy from a middle-class family in Delhi started out in theatre, did numerous TV shows, and eventually became a massive superstar. When I first came to Mumbai for a show, though I didn't get selected, I used to stand outside his bungalow, right in front of Mannat.”
