Megan Fox starred in a playful but important advertising campaign!
Machine Gun Kelly's former fiancée has taken a new role in the advertisement, reducing shame and encouraging open conversations about erectile dysfunction.
The 40-year-old American actress and model, known for her bold aura, highlighted the importance of approaching intimacy challenges as a shared issue rather than a source of embarrassment.
"I personally feel like maybe I was born for this; there’s not a better person to have been involved in this," Megan cheekily said in the new commercial advertisement.
What is Ro Sparks aim?
For the unversed, Ro Sparks is a compounded, 2-in-1 ED treatment containing sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis, respectively.
Erectile dysfunction is a legitimate, recognised medical condition characterised by the persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory private moments.
The ad, which is rolling out on television alongside a Times Square takeover, shows Megan posing for the camera in a skintight red catsuit bearing the Ro Sparks logo.
A playful campaign
On Thursday, October 1st, Megan took to her Instagram account to share some of the sensual moments of her campaign, offering fans a peek into the advertisement.
"I’m not Viagra—I’m dual-action Ro Sparks. Want to take me home? ro.co/sparks," the model captioned the video she posted.
In the viral video, Megan said, "If prescribed, I show up right at your door; don’t worry, my packaging is very discreet."
Megan said the campaign's humour does more than make the shoot entertaining; by approaching ED with levity, she hopes the ad helps dismantle some of the shame surrounding the condition and encourages men to speak openly about it.
More than anything, she hopes the campaign helps couples approach ED as a shared challenge rather than a source of embarrassment.
Where will the new advertisement air?
Commercials featuring Megan Fox will appear on linear television and in streaming venues, and the company will test some innovative concepts in New York City and Los Angeles, says the executive, where passers-by may be able to "literally pick up Megan Fox as Ro Sparks" on tear-away posters.
