Ahead of the new season, the royal couple have quietly updated their profile pictures on their joint Instagram and X accounts, showcasing their tech-friendly skills to younger generations.
Kate and William's social media move
Kate and William updated their profile picture on their Instagram account, as they also revealed their black-and-white picture of themselves, which they initially released on Valentine's Day earlier this year.
The photograph was captured by royal photographer Josh Shinner during their visit to Norfolk countryside, made it to the Gram for the first time in colour.
Major on X account
However, the profile picture updated on X was a glamorous portrait of parents of three, which was taken a few moments before they hosted President Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, for the second time at a state banquet at Windsor Castle in September last year.
In the now-viral images taken from the royal collection, the Princess of Wales is seen wearing a gold Chantilly lace evening coat over a silk crepe gown which was specially designed by British designer Phillipa Lepley.
Meanwhile, the Prince of Wales wore a white-tie and Windsor tailcoat, and the Most Noble Order of the Garter Sash with the Lesser George.
