Mike Tindall has offered a glimpse into family life with wife Zara Tindall and their three children.
The former rugby union player opened up about his lively bedtime routine with wife Zara and their three kids.
Mike lives with wife, the daughter of Princess Anne, and their children, Mia, 12, Lena, eight, and Lucas, five, at Aston Farm on Princess Anne’s Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire.

Speaking at the Henley Literature Festival, Mike joked that the children’s daily race upstairs at bedtime could eventually end in a “broken leg.”
He confessed, as per the Daily Mail: "Even if it's just a race upstairs to bed, there will be ankle taps. It might lead to a broken leg one day, but they will learn. Hopefully the children will turn out like us.”
Mike went on to share, "And if they are as competitive as their mother, then we are all [expletive]!"

King Charles' niece Zara married former rugby player Mike Tindall in 2011.
They welcomed their first child, daughter Mia, in January 2014 at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
Zara and Mike introduced their gorgeous firstborn in HELLO!, telling ITV's News at 10: "We did it because people wanted it. We had control over it. We had those photos done anyway. It was more because people seemed to want it rather than anything else."
Their second daughter, Lena, was born at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in 2018, while their son Lucas arrived in March 2021.
The Tindall children occasionally attend royal events, with Mia serving as a bridesmaid at Princess Eugenie’s 2018 wedding.
Mia and Lena also share their parents’ love of sports, with Mike revealing they play rugby and enjoy other activities.
